Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Opened or used products (where applicable)

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will resolve it promptly.
